Our facilities are available for hire on weekends, school holidays and after 6pm on weekdays. Other times may be available upon negotiation.
To enquire about hiring for an event, please download our Request for Hire form and email completed form with 2 references to bsm@baringassc.eq.edu.au .
Your request will be acknowledged within 3 business days.
Please note that a minimum of two weeks notice is required prior to the requested date hire date for review and authorisation of your request.
Indoor Sports Complex
Designed to cater to a wide range of activities – perfect for sports events, conferences and everything in-between.
Venue features:
- 2 x Multicourts: suitable for basketball, netball and volleyball.
- Stage & Presentation area: ideal for events or conferences, equipped with projector, microphone and basic front of house lighting for an additional hire fee.
This facility is available for hire at $80p/h. Rate includes exclusive hire of indoor facility with access to toilets and water bubblers. The facility also houses a kiosk suitable for serving refreshments during an event, and is available an additional hire fee.
Lecture Theatre
With a seating capacity of 120 people, the Lecture Theatre is ideal for workshops, training sessions, presentations or lectures.
This facility is available for hire at $90p/h. Rate includes exclusive hire of facility, with access to toilets nearby facility.
Performing Arts Building
Our modern Performing Arts Centre offers a professional venue suitable for theatre productions, dance performances, concerts, presentations, award ceremonies, community events, and conferences. The venue features comfortable tiered seating for up to 200 guests and a fully equipped stage with professional lighting, sound, and backstage facilities to support a wide range of performances and events. This facility is available for hire at $110p/h.
Multi Purpose Outdoor Courts
Our versatile Multi-Purpose Outdoor Courts provide the ideal space for sporting competitions, training sessions, school events, community programs, and recreational activities. This facility is available for hire at $70p/h.
